A 4-alkynylimidazole derivative represented by the general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: ** Formula ** [wherein ring A is a cyclohexyl substituted with E in position 4 or a phenyl substituted with E in position 4; ring B is cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl; m is an integer of any from 0 to 2; n is an integer of any 1 to 3; R1 is a hydrogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl group, C1-C4 alkoxy group, a halogen atom or a C1-C4 haloalkyl group; R2 and R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl group or can, taken together with the carbon atom to which R2 and R3 are adjacent, form a C3-C6 carbon ring; R4 and R5 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl group or can, taken together with the carbon atom to which R4 and R5 are adjacent, form a C3-C6 carbon ring, and R6 and R7 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl group, C1-C4 alkoxy group, a C1-C4 hydroxyalkyl group, a carboxyl group, a cyano group, a halogen atom, a C1-C4 haloalkyl group, or a C1-C4 hydroxyalkoxy group; X is -OR8, -NR9R10 or a halogen atom; R8 is a hydrogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl group or a C1-C4 haloalkyl group; R9 and R10 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl group or can, taken together with the nitrogen atom to which R9 and R10 are adjacent, form a nitrogen-containing heterocycle, Y is a single bond, a oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; and E is -CO2H, -CO2P, representing P alkyl, proxetyl or medoxomyl, or bioister of a carboxyl group represented by hydroxamic acid (-CO-NH-OH), sulfonamide (-NH-SO2-C1-C6 alkyl), acylcyanide (-CO- NH-CN), acylsulfonamide (-CO-NH-SO2-C1-C6 alkyl, -SO2-NH-CO-C1-C6 alkyl), tetrazolyl, oxadiazolonyl, oxadiazolthionyl, oxathiadiazolyl, thiadiazolonyl, triazolthionyl and hydroxyisoxazolyl] . |
