Method and treatment system for papermaking |
abstract |
Method for the manufacture of paper or a layer of a multi-layered cardboard from a fiber suspension, in which at least 90% by weight of the fibers come from a chemical defibration process, a defibration process chemical-thermomechanical and / or a process of defibration of waste materials of destined offices, also comprising the suspension of inorganic mineral particles fibers and cationic starch, method comprising: - incorporating a cationic copolymer and cationic monomers into the fiber suspension and leaving that interacts with flocculation with at least some of the aforementioned components of the fiber suspension, - add an anionic acrylamide copolymer and more than 30 mol% of anionic monomers to the fiber suspension, - transform the fiber suspension into a continuous sheet of fibers and dry the continuous sheet to a dryness of at least 80%, and - apply on the surface of the continuous sheet to an aqueous surface composition comprising a polymeric binder. |
