A compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 below or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: ** Formula ** wherein, X is a bond, -CH2-, -O-, -NH-, -N (CH3) - or -N (CHO) -, X1, X2 and X3 are each independently CH or N, R1 is phenyl, pyrazolyl, pyridinyl, pyrimidinyl, quinolinyl, or phenyl fused with a 6-membered heterocycloalkyl including one or two nitrogen atoms or oxygen, wherein R1 is unsubstituted or substituted with one to five substituents independently selected from the group consisting of C1-6 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, C1-4 haloalkyl, C1-4 haloalkoxy, hydroxy, nitro, cyano, halogen, amino, phenyl, phenoxy, phenoxy substituted with halogen, -COO (C1-4alkyl) and -NHCO (C1-4alkyl), R2 is naphthyl, phenyl or pyridinyl, wherein R2 is unsubstituted or substituted with one to three substituents independently selected from the group consisting of C 1-6 alkyl, C 1-4 alkoxy, C 1-4 haloalkyl, C 1 haloalkoxy -4, cyano, halogen and phenyl, R3 is -CH2NR4R5, -CONR4R5, -COOR4 or -NR4R5, where the R4 and R5 are each independently hydrogen or C1-4alkyl, the R4 and R5 together with the atom of Nitrogen to which R4 and R5 are attached form a 5-membered or 6-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclyl. |
