titleOfInvention Fiber composite components and their production
abstract Polyurethane-based fiber composite components containing one or more fiber layers, each impregnated with polyurethane, the polyurethane being obtainable from a reaction mixture consisting of A) one or more organic NCO prepolymers with a NCO content of 27 to 31% by weight and a monomer content of 35 to 55% by weight from the group consisting of reaction products of aliphatic, cycloaliphatic and/or aromatic di- and/or polyisocyanates and 5 to 7.5 % by weight, based on component A), of condensation products containing ester groups with, in each case, a number-average molecular weight of 650 to 3000 g/mol, an acid number below 5, a number of 28 to 112 hydroxyl and, in each case, a number average functionality of 1.0 to 3.0 of one or more fatty acids with 10 to 30 carbon atoms, one or more aliphatic di- and/or tricarboxylic acids and/or low molecular weight aromatics with, in each case, weights number-average molecular weights from 50 to 500 g/mol and/or their derivatives and one or more mono- or polyhydric alcohols with, in each case, a number-average molecular weight of up to 500 g/mol and in each case an average functionality in number from 1.5 to 6 B) a component containing one or more polyols with, in each case, a number average molecular weight of 62 to 3000 g/mol and in each case a number average functionality of 1.8 to 6 C) two or more thermolatent catalysts and D) optionally additives, characterized in that component B) contains 2.5 to 3.5% by weight, based on component B), of internal mold release agent and the internal release agent is selected from the group consisting of condensation products containing ester groups with, in each case, a number average molecular weight of 650 to 3000 g/mol, an acid number below 5 and a number of hydroxyl from 28 to 112 and in each case a number average functionality from 1.0 to 3.0 of one or more fatty acids with 10 to 30 carbon atoms, one or more low molecular weight aliphatic and/or aromatic di- and/or tricarboxylic acids each with a number average molecular weight of 50 to 500 g/ mol and/or its derivatives and one or more mono- or polyhydric alcohols with, in each case, a number average molecular weight of up to 500 g/mol and in each case a number average functionality of 1.5 to 6, ascending the total amount of ester-containing condensation products used in the fiber composite component a 5 to 5.7% by weight and the reaction mixture at 25 °C directly after mixing having a viscosity of 200 to 700 mPas (measured according to DIN EN ISO 1342) and the ratio between the number of NCO groups of component A) and the number of OH groups of component B) being from 1:1 to 1.15:1.
