abstract |
An antifouling coating composition comprising: (A) a copolymer containing triorganosyl ester obtained from a mixture of: (a) a triorganosilyl (meth) acrylate monomer represented by the general formula (1): ** ( See formula) * (where R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and R2, R3 and R4 are the same or different from each other, and each represents a branched C3-6 alkyl group in an α position or a group phenyl); and (b) an ethylenically unsaturated monomer copolymerizable with the triorganosilyl (meth) acrylate monomer; and (B) calcium sulfate hydrate, wherein the content of the calcium sulfate hydrate (B) when converted to a solids content is 5 to 50% by mass with respect to the solids content of the composition of antifouling coating. |
