abstract | A composition for controlling plant diseases, which comprises a tetrazolinone compound represented by a formula (1): ** (See formula) ** in which n is an integer of any one from 0 to 5; R1 represents a halogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 alkoxy group, a C1-C6 alkylthio group, a nitro group or a cyano group; R2 represents a C1-C3 alkyl group, a C3-C4 cycloalkyl group, a halogen atom, a C1-C3 alkoxy group, a C1-C2 alkylthio group, a C2-C3 alkenyl group or a C2-C3 alkynyl group, R1 or R2 can independently have a halogen atom or atoms in the alkyl moiety; with the proviso that when n is an integer of 2 or more, two or more of R1 may be different from each other, and one or more carboxamide compounds selected from Group (A): Group (A): a group consisting of bixafen, benzovindiflupir, fluxapiroxad, pentiopirad, N- (1,1,3-trimethylindan-4-yl) -1-methyl-3-difluoromethylpyrazole-4-carboxylic acid amide, a compound represented by the following formula (b): ** (See formula) ** isofetamid, isopirazam, boscalid, fluopiram, sedaxane, penfluphene, flutolanyl, mepronyl, carboxine, tifluzamide and furametpir. |
