abstract Bottom, which contains water, for the treatment of areas filled with plaster, with the plaster removed or plastered with plaster, comprising at least one silicate dissolved in water, consisting of or comprising at least one soluble glass dissolved in water or at least one soluble glass dissolved in water and silica sol, and at least one organic binder dispersed or dispersible in water, in which the pH value of this composition is basic, in which the silicate weight content dissolved in water, consisting of or comprising soluble glass dissolved in water or soluble glass dissolved in water and silica sol, with respect to the total weight of the composition, is in the range of 0.001 to 3.5% by weight, wherein the content by weight of organic binder dispersed or dispersible in water is greater than the content by weight of silicate dissolved in water, consisting of or comprising soluble glass dissolved in water or soluble glass dissolved in water and sol sol ice, and in which the organic binder comprises plastic particles with an average diameter of less than 3 μm, in which the bottom contains 22 to 40% by weight of water, 1.5 to 5% by weight of pigment, 27, 5 to 74.9% by weight of fillers, 0.1 to 5% by weight of wax preparation, 0.5 to 15% by weight of binder dispersion, 0.5 to 2.5% by weight of soluble glass and 0.5 to 5% by weight of additive; or paint, which contains water, for the treatment of areas filled with plaster, with the plaster removed or plastered with plaster, which comprises at least one silicate dissolved in water, consisting of or comprising at least one soluble glass dissolved in water or at least one soluble glass dissolved in water and silica sol, at least one organic binder dispersed or dispersible in water and an aqueous silicone resin solution, containing potassium methyl siliconate, in which the value of the pH of this composition is basic, in which the weight content of silicate dissolved in water, consisting of or comprising soluble glass dissolved in water or soluble glass dissolved in water and silica sol, with respect to the total weight of the composition , is in the range of 0.001 to 3.5% by weight, in which the weight content of organic binder dispersed or dispersible in water is greater than the weight content of silicate dissolved in water, consisting of or comprising soluble glass dissolved in water or soluble glass dissolved in water and silica sol, and in which the organic binder comprises plastic particles with an average diameter of less than 3 μm, in which the paint contains 20 to 70% by weight of water, 1.5 to 12% by weight of pigment 27 to 51.5% by weight of fillers, 0.5 to 10% by weight of binder dispersion, 0.5 to 2.5% by weight of soluble glass and 0.5 to 4% by weight of additive; or plaster mortar, which contains water, for the treatment of areas filled with plaster, with the plaster removed or plastered with plaster, which comprises at least one silicate dissolved in water, consisting of or comprising at least one soluble glass dissolved in water or at least one soluble glass dissolved in water and silica sol, and at least one organic binder dispersed or dispersible in water, in which the organic binder comprises plastic particles with an average diameter of less than 3 μm, and wherein the pH value of this composition is basic, in which the weight content of silicate dissolved in water, consisting of or comprising soluble glass dissolved in water or soluble glass dissolved in water and silica sol, with with respect to the total weight of the composition, it is in the range of 0.001 to 2% by weight and in which the weight content of organic binder dispersed or dispersible in water is at least three times higher than the content in weight of silicate dissolved in water, consisting of or comprising soluble glass dissolved in water or soluble glass dissolved in water and silica sol.
