Production process of fullerene-type inorganic metal chalcogenide (IF) nanoparticles, the process comprising: (a) preparing a metal precursor vapor, selected from metal halide vapor, metal carbonyl vapor, organometallic compound vapor, and oxyhalide vapor metallic, in a separate evaporation chamber; (b) feeding the metal precursor vapor from said separate evaporation chamber to a reaction chamber to flow into the reaction zone in said reaction chamber along a vertical path to interact with at least one chalcogen material in gas phase flowing into said reaction zone in a vertical path in a direction opposite to that of the vapor flow of the metallic precursor, and controlling the temperature conditions in said reaction zone in such a way as to allow the formation of the nanoparticle product of inorganic metal chalcogenide of the fullerene type (IF). |
