The resulting mixture is used as a raw material in the transesterification reaction with ethanol, where the transesterification is carried out in the presence of a catalyst at a temperature below 49 ° C, at atmospheric pressure and in a molar excess of alcohol in relation to to triglycerides, preferably 13 to 16 times, c. after completing the transesterification reaction, the ethanol is evaporated from the reaction mixture, wherein the evaporation process is carried out at a temperature not exceeding 49 ° C, for a time below 0.3 hours, preferably in a vault extractor equipped with spray nozzles with steam diffusers, d.
