abstract Preparation procedure for food supplements, characterized by the fact that it comprises at least the following stages: In a first stage, a base composition is obtained, consisting of: 1- plant extracts in liquid form concentrated in active ingredients (phytotherapy) : between 20 and 70%; 2- Essential oils (aromatherapy): between 1 and 15%; 3- Water: between 20 and 60%; Optional: 4- Plant extracts in the form of powders concentrated in active ingredients (phytotherapy); 5- Minerals (oligotherapy); 6- Vitamins; 7- Vegetable oils; 8- Marine plasma; 9- Organic silicon (anti-caking agent). In a second stage a solidifying premix is added, consisting of - alginates (example: brown algae E401) and calcium (calcium sulfate) with gelling effect. - Vegetable gum (s) with emulsifying, binding, thickener effect (examples: karaya gum, Sterculia, acacia gum or acacia senegal gum extract): Optional: - Natural or chemical substances with retarding effect (examples: chelators of water like Bambusa bamboo, calcium chelators such as polyphosphates, monosaccharides) - Hydrophilic dry plant (example: Plantago ovata); - Other substances, including chemicals, that also provide the gastro-resistance of the assets.
