abstract |
A method for manufacturing a pre-insulated frame segment (1) for multi-dimensional buildings, where the method comprises the steps of: a) receiving an assembly (2) which is manufactured on the basis of a 3D computer model represented by CAD data which are stored in a database (21) under an assembly identification code (2), the assembly (2) has at least one compartment (5) with a hollow space (14) which is it will at least partially fill with a foam insulation layer (8), and where a data carrier (40) containing the identification code conforms to the assembly (2); wherein the assembly has a wooden or metal frame composed of a plurality of beams secured to each other, and a first flat panel with dimensions corresponding to those of the frame, the first flat panel is secured to the frame, and where the data of the CAD comprise at least the dimensions of the beams and their mutual positions; b) read the data carrier (40); c) retrieve the CAD data from the assembly (2) from the database (21) based on the identification code, and determine a quantity of raw materials to be inserted into the at least one compartment (5) to form the layer foam insulation (8) with the predetermined thickness (15) based on the recovered CAD data; d) inserting the determined amount of raw materials into the at least one compartment (5) to form the foam insulation layer (8) with the predetermined thickness (15); e) allow the foam insulation layer (8) to foam and harden in the at least one compartment (5) for a predetermined period (T). |
