abstract | Heterophasic propylene copolymer (RAHECO) comprising (i) a matrix (M) which is a copolymer (C-PP) of propylene-α-olefin C4 to C12, wherein said propylene-α-olefin copolymer (C-PP) C4 to C12 comprises units that can be derived from (i.1) propylene and (i.2) at least one C4 to C12 α-olefin; and (ii) an elastomeric copolymer (EC) of propylene dispersed in said matrix (M), wherein said elastomeric copolymer (EC) of propylene comprises units that may be derived from (ii.1) propylene and (ii.2) ethylene and optionally at least one C4 to C12 α-olefin; wherein said heterophasic propylene copolymer (RAHECO) has (one) MFR2 melt flow rat (230 ° C) measured in accordance with ISO 1133 in the range of 2.5 to 200.0 g / 10min; (b) a total content of comonomer in the range of 12.0 to 35.0% by weight; (c) a fraction (XCS) soluble in cold xylene determined in accordance with ISO 16152 (25 ° C) in an amount of 10.0 to 40.0% by weight; (d) a total comonomer content of the fraction (XCS) soluble in xylene in the range of 50.0 to 90.0% by weight in which in addition the propylene copolymer (RAHECO) satisfies (e) the inequality (I) ** (See formula) * * where C2 (total) is the ethylene content [in% by weight] of the heterophasic propylene copolymer (RAHECO); Cx (total) is the content of α-olefin C4 to C12 [in% by weight] of the copolymer heterophasic propylene (RAHECO). |
