Combinatorial exchange of gamma 9 delta 2 T cell receptor chain |
abstract |
T cell receptor y9δ2 or a fragment thereof where said receptor or fragment thereof is capable of binding with a tumor cell and where said receptor comprises a T cell receptor chain and 9 comprising a CDR3 and 9 region, where the amino acid sequence of the CDR3 and 9 region corresponding to amino acid residues 122-124 of SEQ ID NO.1 is modified and a δ2 T cell receptor chain comprising a CDR3 δ2 region where the amino acid sequence of the CDR3 δ2 region corresponding to residues of amino acids 115-122 of SEQ ID NO.2 is modified, where combinations of the amino acid modifications in the T-cell receptor and 9δ2 or a fragment thereof are listed as in Table 1. |
