abstract A polymeric scaffold for cardiac regeneration (10), comprising a support structure (20) comprising at least one support layer (30) characterized in that it is formed of a polymeric material selected from the group consisting of poly (lactic-co-acid). glycolic), poly (3-hydroxybutyric-co-3-hydroxyvaleric acid) and poly (dioxanone), possibly in association with a biological polymer, the support layer (30) being further characterized in that it has a surface on which it forms a plurality of cavities (41), arranged in a regular lattice, said cavities (41) being defined by a set of longitudinal linear projections (40a, 40b) and by a set of transverse linear projections (40c), which intersect each other respectively.
