abstract |
A rodent, which comprises a substitution of a genomic fragment of a rodent IL-4Rα gene in an endogenous rodent IL-4Rα locus with a genomic fragment of a human IL4-Rα gene to form an IL-4Rα gene humanized comprising the ATG initiation codon of exon coding 1 to exon coding 5 of the human IL-4Rα gene, and exons coding 6-9 of the rodent IL-4Rα gene, wherein the genomic fragment of the IL gene Rodent -4Rα comprises the ATG initiation codon of exon coding 1 to exon coding 5 of the rodent IL-4Rα gene, and the genomic fragment of the human IL-4Rα gene comprises the ATG initiation codon of exon coding 1 to the exon coding 5 of the human IL-4Rα gene, and wherein the expression of the humanized IL4-Rα gene is under the control of rodent IL-4Rα regulatory elements in the rodent IL-4Rα endogenous locus. |
