abstract A preliminary diagnostic system (1), comprising a reading station (2) and at least one card (3), comprising an integrated circuit (4) and is adapted to be read by said reading station (2), said integrated circuit (4) of said card (3) comprising a hydraulic circuit (10) and a detection circuit (20), said card (3) containing a reagent that is adapted to react in the presence of a disease marker , the hydraulic circuit (10) being adapted to receive a sample of a biological fluid and to introduce said reagent into said sample, said detection circuit (20) being adapted to detect the presence of said marker in said sample, the absence of said marker of said disease indicative of the absence of said disease in said sample, said hydraulic circuit (10) further comprising at least one reaction chamber (13) which is connected to a chamber (16) d and collection, to collect said reagent through a first valve (18) and a control valve (34), and being adapted to receive the sample through a second valve (15) and to contain a mixture of said sample of said biological fluid and said reagent, wherein said hydraulic circuit (10) comprises a second reaction chamber (30) containing a test reagent, being adapted to contain a mixture of said reagent and a test reagent, and being connected to the collection chamber (16) through a third valve (32) and the control valve (34), said second reaction chamber (30) being also connected to said at least one chamber (13) of reaction through a fourth valve (35).
