abstract |
Device for the extrusion of polymer mixtures comprising a twin-screw or multi-spindle extruder with spindles that rotate in the same direction (2, 3), where at least from the plasticizing area of the extruder and the press areas that follow it in the direction of transport until the discharge of the polymeric melt in the body of the nozzle, the relationship between the external diameter of the spindle (Da) and the internal diameter of the housing, in a portion of length of at minus 50% of the spindle in the area from the plastification zone of the extruder and the areas that follow it in the direction of transport until the discharge of the polymer melt into the body of the nozzle, is less than 98.4% and the sum of the external diameter of the spindle (Da) and the smaller diameter of the spindle (Di) divided by twice the distance to the axis is less than 99.1%; and wherein at least from the plasticizing zone of the extruder and the areas following it in the direction of transport until the discharge of the polymeric melt into the body of the nozzle is present at least one conveyor element, characterized in that in at least one conveyor element the ratio between the external diameter of the spindle (Da) and the internal diameter of the housing is less than 98.4% and the sum of the external diameter of the spindle (Da) and the smaller diameter of the spindle (Di) divided by twice the distance to the axis is less than 99.1%. |
