A respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) prefusion polypeptide F, in which the HRA region, residues 137-239 of SEQ ID NO: 1 of the reference RSV F protein, contains an introduced cysteine residue and the DIII region , residues 51-98 and 206-308 of SEQ ID NO: 1 of the F protein of the reference RSV, contains a cysteine residue introduced, and a disulfide bridge is formed between the cysteine residue introduced in the HRA region and the cysteine residue introduced into the DIII region that stabilizes the RS Fusion prefusion polypeptide. |
