abstract |
A method for producing biomass raw material, which comprises the steps of: (i) cultivating green microalgae cells in which the expression and / or activity of the DYRKP-1 protein of sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 is diminished, being able to obtaining said decrease by silencing, deactivating, mutating and / or interrupting the DYRKP-1 gene or by inhibiting the activity of the DYRKP-1 protein by chemical compounds that act as specific inhibitors; and (ii) induce the accumulation of reserves and / or the increase in biomass production by said microalgae, which includes incubating the microalgae cells in a deficit medium, said deficit medium being at least one element chosen from the group consisting of in nitrogen, sulfur and phosphorus. |
