abstract | Screening method for the identification of galanin type 2 receptor agonists (GALR2) and / or Y1 type neuropeptide Y (NPYY1R) agonists capable of promoting the interaction between said GALR2 and NPYY1R as well as the formation of GALR2 / heteroreceptor complexes / NPYY1R, said method characterized in that it comprises the steps of administering said agonists; and evaluate the interaction between said GALR2 and NPYY1R receptors and the formation of GALR2 / NPYY1R heteroreceptor complexes. The invention relates more particularly to a screening method in which said agonists to be administered are at least two compounds, a first GALR2 agonist, and a second NPYY1R agonist. |
