Procedure for the treatment of a phase consisting essentially of agglomerates of sterilglucosides / fatty acid alkyl ester / water, which has been formed in the washing with water of the fatty acid alkyl ester caused by transesterification of vegetable oils or animal fats , characterized by the sequence of the following steps of the procedure: a) Vaporization of the water part. b) Excision of the sterilglucosides in the presence of an acid catalyst in its sterol part and its sugar part, either by the addition of a strong anhydrous acid or by contacting with a solid ionic acid exchange exchanger. |
