titleOfInvention | Colorimetric device for the detection, in an aqueous solution of interest, of a hydrolytic enzymatic activity with respect to at least one polymer of interest |
abstract | Colorimetric device for the detection, in an aqueous solution of interest, of a hydrolytic enzymatic activity with respect to at least one polymer of interest, the device (1) being characterized in that it comprises (i) a substrate (2) delimited by at least one upper surface (2a), and (ii) a transparent detection layer (3), having a first thickness e and comprising said polymer of interest, the transparent detection layer (3) comprising, on the one hand, a surface (3a) ) above, on which said aqueous solution of interest is intended to be applied and which forms a first contact surface (4) between the air and the detection layer (3) and, on the other hand, a lower surface (3b), formed on said upper surface (2a) of the substrate (2) and together forming a second contact surface (5) between the detection layer (3) and the substrate (2), the upper surface (3a) being free of the transparent layer (3) of of tection, not being covered in any way by an additional layer, the first contact surface (4) and the second contact surface (5) being suitable for generating an optical reflection phenomenon, the detection layer (3) being adapted for , on the one hand, after applying said aqueous solution of interest when it lacks said hydrolytic enzymatic activity, preserving said first thickness and, on the other hand, after applying said aqueous solution of interest when comprising said hydrolytic enzymatic activity, presenting a second thickness e ', less than said first thickness e, and because said first thickness e and / or said second thickness e' of said transparent detection layer (3) are adapted to produce a color by an optical interference phenomenon generated by recombination of the light beams reflected on said first contact surface (4) and on said second contact surface (5). |
