Dressing, comprising: a- an absorbent non-woven compress formed by a mixture of super absorbent bicomponent fibers and non-absorbent thermo-adhesion fibers, all the fibers being heat-bonded, and, b- a contact layer that partially covers the face of the compress provided to come into contact with the wound, said layer comprising openings that allow the passage of exudates from the wound and having a base weight ranging between 110 and 500 g / m2, and said layer being formed by a composition comprising a matrix elastomeric and hydrocolloids, the proportion of hydrocolloids being between 2 and 20% by weight of the weight of said composition. |
