Furnace system for combustion of wastes to reduce NOx emissions, the system comprising: a) an oven (100), said furnace (100) comprising a grid (110) supporting a bed (20) of combustion wastes; b) a primary air source that introduces primary air (10) upstream of the grid (110); c) at least one secondary nozzle (120) that introduces secondary air (30) downstream of the bed (20) of burning wastes; characterized by d) at least one tertiary nozzle (130) introducing tertiary air (40), at least one tertiary nozzle (130) being located at a distance downstream of said at least one secondary nozzle (120), e) a system Continuous emission monitoring configured to monitor emissions inside and from the oven (100); f) a controller (170) connected to the continuous emission monitoring system and to adjust the allocation of secondary air (30) and tertiary air; g) a system (140) of selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR), located downstream of the at least one nozzle (130) of tertiary air. |
