A compound having a structure according to the formula: ** Formula ** or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt; in which R * is H; X is N or CH; Rb and Rc are independently selected members from H, OR4, NR4R5, SR4, -S (O) R4, -S (O) 2R4, - S (O) 2NR4R5, -C (O) R4, -C (O) OR4 , -C (O) NR4R5, nitro, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl and substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, wherein each R4 and R5 is a member independently selected from H, nitro, halogen, cyano, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl and substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl; with the proviso that R4 and R5, together with the atoms to which they are attached, optionally combine to form a 5- or 7-membered substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl ring; and with the proviso that Rb and Rc cannot be both H. |
