abstract | A 6-deoxy-6-thioether-amino acid-cyclodextrin derivative, characterized in that it has a structure of formula (I), ** Formula ** in which a is an element selected from the group consisting of 0.1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8; b is an element selected from the group consisting of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9; a sum of a and b is an element selected from the group consisting of 6, 7, 8 and 9; f is 0, 1 or 2; R1 is (C1-C6) alkylene, optionally substituted with 1-2 CH3 groups, 1-2 OH groups or (CH2) v-phenylene- (CH2) k-, wherein v is an element selected from the group consisting of 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 and k is an element selected from the group consisting of 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4; one of R2 and R3 is an element of configuration D, configuration L or racemic configuration selected from the group consisting of -H, a formyl group, an acetyl group, a methyl group, an ethyl group, CH3COO-, a carboxybenzyl group ( Cbz), a tert-butoxycarbonyl (t-Boc), fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl, -CH2COOM and hydroxyphenyl group, wherein R2 and R3 have the same or different substituent groups; and M is -H, NH4 or an alkali metal ion. |
