Liquid preparation, which is an aqueous solution, comprising ghrelin as an active principle in combination with both an acidic solution and a polar organic liquid, in which the acidic solution comprises one selected from the group consisting of acetic acid, lactic acid, phosphoric acid , propionic acid, butyric acid and salts thereof; wherein the polar organic liquid is from the group consisting of benzyl alcohol, phenol, tert-butanol, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide; and wherein the liquid preparation has a pH in a range of 3.0 to 7.0 for use in a subcutaneous injection or intramuscular injection method. |
