abstract |
Use of an inert filler in the coating of prolonged-release microgranules comprising from the center to the periphery: - a neutral support, - at least one mounting layer comprising at least one active ingredient and a pharmaceutically acceptable binder; and - at least one extended-release coating layer comprising a hydrophobic coating polymer selected from the non-water-soluble cellulose derivatives to confer on said microgranules an alcohol resistance, characterized in that the amount of inert filler in the coating prolonged-release form of the microgranules is at least 20% talc with respect to the dry weight of the hydrophobic coating polymer, and characterized in that said microgranules are contained in a prolonged-release oral pharmaceutical form of at least one active ingredient of single daily administration. |
