A soluble receptor comprising (a) a fragment of the N-terminal end extracellular domain (ECD) of a human FZD receptor, wherein the fragment consists of a binding domain to the N-terminal end of the ligand with conserved cysteines, which is known as the Fri domain or cysteine-rich domain (CRD), and (b) a human Fc, in which the presence of the ECD fragment of the human FZD receptor increases the protein half-life of the soluble receptor compared to the presence of the complete ECD of the human FZD receptor. |
