abstract | Method of preparing a film comprising a plastic film, an adhesive layer on one of the two surfaces of the plastic film and a protective paper on the removable adhesive layer thereof, wherein a paper web used as paper protector is provided on one of its two surfaces of a first coating, on the first coating a first filling of particles and an adhesive layer is applied, and a plastic film is applied on the adhesive layer, the material being selected for the first coating so that the bond strength between the first coating and the adhesive layer is less than the bond strength between the plastic film and the adhesive layer and that the bond strength between the protective paper and the first coating, of so that it is possible to non-destructively release the protective paper from the plastic film with the adhesive layer, characterized or because the film is an incision film for surgical use, an aqueous dispersion of a pressure sensitive adhesive having been provided in its manufacture, and a particulate filler being provided, the density of which is greater than the density of the aqueous dispersion of the sensitive adhesive at the pressure and whose surface is at least partially coated with silver and the filler material is mixed with the aqueous dispersion, the aqueous dispersion containing the filler is applied on the first coating of the protective paper in order to obtain a second coating on the that the filling is deposited on the first coating, and the second coating is dried to remove water from the second coating and to obtain the adhesive layer. |
