titleOfInvention | Composition comprising a culture of plant cells of the genus Centella |
abstract | A topical pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition comprising, together with any pharmaceutically or cosmetically acceptable excipient and / or carrier: - a compound derived from hyaluronic acid that is selected from the group consisting of hyaluronic acid, a salt of hyaluronic acid, and mixtures of the same; and - an effective amount of a plant cell culture of Centella asiatica, said plant cell culture comprising an amount of madecasoside of 85% to 95% by weight with respect to the total weight of scintillates in the cell culture; and an amount of 5% to 15% by weight of Asiaticoside with respect to the total weight of scintillation in the cell culture; and where the cultivation of plant cells is obtainable by a method comprising: a) cultivating an undifferentiated plant cell of Centella asiatica by cell suspension in a suitable medium for a period of 8 to 15 days, until reaching the stationary growth phase, to obtain a stationary phase culture; b) adding 2 to 6 doses of a jasmonate compound to the growing culture for a period of time from 13 to 18 days, where each of the added doses corresponds to such an amount of jasmonate compound that the final concentration at The end of each addition is 80 μM to 150 μM. |
