Method of preparing an N-protein protein of interest / P protein complex, in which the N and P proteins are proteins of a respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), said procedure consists of the following steps: a) coexpress a fusion protein protein N of a respiratory syncytial virus - protein of interest, with a truncated P protein of the same respiratory syncytial virus, in which the protein of interest N is fused in phases with the C-terminal end of protein N, where protein N is a native protein or a modified N protein in the region defined by the last 25 C-terminal amino acids, said N protein retains the ability to interact with the P protein, and the truncated P protein does not contain the oligomerization domain P and contains a binding domain to protein N; b) collect the N-protein protein of interest / P protein complexes that are formed in this way. |
