abstract |
A fractionating device for separating solutes in a raw liquid by means of a membrane, comprising 1) a supply part (2b) for charging the raw liquid; 2) a filtration part with a membrane (5a; 5b; 5c) to filter some of the solutes in the raw liquid sent from the supply part; 3) a concentrating part (5d) to concentrate the filtrate from the filtering part; 4) a recovery part (10) to recover the concentrated solution obtained in the concentration part; 5) a flow pump for sending a mobile phase; wherein the flow pump is a tube pump provided with a rotating rotor and a roller (9) rotatably installed on the outer circumference of the rotor; characterized in that the supply part, the filtration part, the concentrating part, the recovery part and a flow channel connecting the respective parts, form a closed circuit and are assembled in a disposable cartridge (14) in which at least the portions of the flow channels are exposed to the outer wall of the cartridge from the outside of the cartridge, and because the cartridge can be detached from the roller of the flow pump and is arranged so that a part of the outer wall The cartridge functions as a compression member by engaging the roller pump to compress the exposed portions of the flow channels when the roller is rotated to circulate liquids in the respective parts of the cartridge. |
