titleOfInvention | Combination of monosaccharides and adenosine and their use in cosmetics |
abstract | Cosmetic composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, the combination of at least one monosaccharide selected from mannose, rhamnose or its mixture, and at least one additional compound selected from adenosine, one of its analogues or its mixture, in which the amount of said additional compound is comprised between 0.01% and 10% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition, and in which adenosine or one of its analogs is selected from adenosine, 2'-deoxyadenosine, 2 ', 3'-Isopropylidenadenosine, Toyocamycin, 1-Methyladenosine, N-6-Methyladenosine, Adenosine N-oxide, 6-Methylmercaptopurinariboside, 6-4 Chloropurine-riboside, Phenylisopropyladenosine ("PIA"), 1-Methylisoguanosine, N6 ), N6-cyclopentyladenosine (CPA), 2-chloro-N6-cyclopentyladenosine, 2-chlorodenosine, N6-phenyladenosine, 2-phenylaminoadenosine, MECA, N6-phenethyladenosine, 2-p- (2-carboxy-ethyl) phenethyl-amino- 5'-N-ethylcarboxamido-adenosine (CGS-21680), N-ethylcarboxamid oadenosine (NECA), 5 '- (N-cyclopropyl) -carboxamidoadenosine, DPMA (PD 129,944), metrifudil, erythro-9- (2-hydroxy-3-nonyl) adenine ("NASH"), iodotubercidine, compounds of formula ( I) in which: R1 and R2 equal indicate a linear hydrocarbon radical saturated C1-C6, or unsaturated C2-C6, or branched C3-C6 saturated or unsaturated, or even together form, with the oxygen atoms to which they are attached , an isopropylidene radical; R3 indicates: (i) a C1-C10 saturated, or C2-C10 unsaturated, or branched C3-C10 saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon radical, optionally substituted with at least one group selected from -OR ', - NR'R ", - COOR ', -CONR'R ", -CF3, -F, -OCF3, -CN, -NO2, or (ii) a -COR4 group, R4 denoting a C1-C9 saturated, or C2-C9 unsaturated, linear hydrocarbon radical, or saturated or unsaturated C3-C9 branched, optionally substituted with at least one group selected from -OR ', -NR'R ", -COOR', -CONR'R", -CF3, -F, -OCF3, -CN, -NO2; or (iii) an ester group derived from biotin; R 'and R "denote a hydrogen atom, a linear C1-C6 saturated, or unsaturated C2-C6, or branched C3-C6 saturated or unsaturated radical, optionally substituted with at least one group selected from -OZ, -NZZ' , -COOZ, where Z and Z 'denote, independently of one another, a hydrogen atom or a linear hydrocarbon radical saturated C1-C6, or unsaturated C2-C6, or branched C3-C6 saturated or unsaturated; and their salts, optical isomers and solvates. |
