A non-aqueous pharmaceutical composition in the form of an ointment, a cream, a lotion, a liniment or other spreadable liquid or semi-liquid preparation for dermal use for the treatment of psoriasis in humans and other mammals, said composition comprising a first component A pharmacologically active consisting of calcipropiol or its hydrate and a second pharmacologically active component B consisting of betamethasone or an ester thereof and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, solvent or diluent, in which the composition is applied once daily in a medically sufficient dosage. |
