A method for producing a structure comprising a substrate (11) having at least a first integral face with a first angle with respect to a normal one of the substrate (11), at least a second integral face with a second angle with respect to a normal of the substrate (11), and a cavity in the structure between the first and second faces; the method comprising the steps of: coating the first face with a first conductive layer (15); coating the second face with a second conductive layer (18); wherein the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer comprise different materials; and the method further comprises the step to deposit in the cavity a photovoltaic active semiconductor material (31) to provide the ohmic and rectification contacts respectively, for the insertion or extraction of the charge from the photovoltaic active semiconductor material by means of the first and second conductive layer (15, 18) where the active photovoltaic semiconductor material fills the space between the first and second conductive layer. |
