abstract |
A method for the production of a chimeric promoter polynucleotide capable of controlling the transcription of an operably linked polynucleotide in a plant cell or in a plant, wherein the method comprises the combination of: a) at least one sequence motif of a promoter natural, motif comprising a sequence with at least 70% identity with SEQ ID NO: 1, 11 or 12, and b) a different natural promoter, in which the chimeric promoter is modulated by a MYB transcription factor, and in which the chimeric promoter is not found naturally in plants as a whole. |
