titleOfInvention | Synthesis of 8-aminoboro-dipyrrometenes with blue fluorescence |
abstract | Our research group found that the thioalkyl group in position 8 of the body of borodipyrrometne can be substituted, with amino-derivative. It is discovered that having this amino-derivative anchored changes the behavior that borodipromrometenes normally have, making this new compound with the amino-derivative anchored in position 8, fluoresces blue, which gives us compounds with fluorescence characteristics from which, up to the date there is no record of any compound that fluoresces blue, and another important issue is the synthesis strategy, which turns out to be very simple and with very high yields, apart from the fact that the photophysical study carried out on propargilamine reveals that the compound has very interesting properties, and that give it a potential use in several areas of science, to say the one that stands out the most is its use as a laser. Also, derivatives 6 and 7 can be used to incorporate peptides and proteins and thus obtain biomolecules labeled with fluorescent fragments. |
