Compounds of formula: ** Formula ** in which: A is selected from CH or N, R1 is selected from the group consisting of C1-7 alkyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl-C1-7 alkyl , hydroxy-C1-7-alkyl, C1-7-alkoxy-C1-7-alkyl, halogen-C1-7-alkyl, carbamoyl-C1-7-alkyl, C1-7-alkylcarbonylamino-C1-7-alkyl, phenyl-C1-7-alkyl , heterocyclyl-C1-7-alkyl in which the heterocyclyl group is unsubstituted or substituted with oxo, heteroaryl-C1-7-alkyl in which the heteroaryl group is unsubstituted or mono- or di-substituted with C1-7 -alkyl , and phenyl which is unsubstituted or mono- or di-substituted with halogen, R2 and R6 are, independently of each other, hydrogen or halogen, R3 and R5, independently of each other, are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-7-alkyl, C1-7-alkoxy, halogen, halogen-C1-7-alkyl, halogen-C1-7-alkoxy and cyano, R4 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-7-alkyl , C1-7 alkoxy, halogen, halogen-C1-7alkyl, halogen-C1-7alkoxy amino, azido and cyano, R7 is selected from the group consisting of C1-7alkyl, hydroxy-C1-7alkyl, alkoxy C1-7-C1-7-alkyl, hydroxymino-C1-7-alkyl, C1-7-alkoxy-imino-C1-7-alkyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl, said cycloalkyl being unsubstituted or substituted by hydroxy, lower heterocyclyl, phenyl, said phenyl unsubstituted or substituted with one or two groups selected from the group consisting of C1-7-alkyl, hydroxy, C1-7-alkoxy, cyano, C1-7-alkyl-aminocarbonyl and halogen, and heteroaryl, said heteroaryl being unsubstituted or substituted with one or two groups selected from the group consisting of C1-7alkyl, hydroxy, C1-7alkoxy, cyano, C1-7alkyl-aminocarbonyl and halogen, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. |
