A liquid composition comprising: (i) from 55 weight percent to 73 weight percent of a polyethylene glycol methylglucose trioleate; (ii) from 8 weight percent to 22 weight percent 1,3-propanediol; and (iii) from 18 weight percent to 22 weight percent water, or (a) from 55 weight percent to 73 weight percent of a polyethylene glycol methylglucose trioleate; (b) from 8 weight percent to 22 weight percent 1,2-propanediol; and (c) from 15 weight percent to 25 weight percent water, or (I) from 55 weight percent to 73 weight percent of a polyethylene glycol methylglucose dioleate; (II) from 8 weight percent to 22 weight percent 1,3-propanediol; and (III) from 17 weight percent water to 25 weight percent water, or (A) 55 weight percent to 73 weight percent of a polyethylene glycol methylglucose dioleate; (B) from 8 weight percent to 22 weight percent 1,2-propanediol; and (C) from 17 weight percent water to 23 weight percent water, or (A ') from 55 weight percent to 73 weight percent of a polyethylene glycol methylglucose dioleate; (B ') from 12 weight percent to 20 weight percent 1,2-propanediol; and (C ') from 17 percent water to 25 weight percent water. |
