Recombinant DNA molecule, encoding a fusion protein, comprising at least one nucleotide sequence encoding a target polypeptide and upstream or downstream of the same at least one nucleotide sequence encoding a protein A chaperone SlyD type A (SlpA) of E. coli comprising the polypeptide binding segment or IF domain of SlpA, in which the FK506 (FKBP) binding proteins are excluded as target polypeptides, and in which the stability and solubility of the fused target polypeptide it increases under critical conditions, such as thermal stress, thereby causing the target polypeptide to be less susceptible to heat-induced aggregation. |
