titleOfInvention Plastic container for the pressure packaging of a filler product and a method for manufacturing it
abstract A method for manufacturing a container (1) of the type of pressurized package wrap, said container being a container for the pressure packing of a continuous filling product, including (semi) liquid fluids, respectively discontinuous filling products such as foam , pastes, creams or powders, comprising a neck section (23) with a pouring opening (24) in its upper part, an adjacent lining section (22) forming the body of the container, and a lower section (21 ) of the container, which is essentially composed of a plastic polymer, closable in said upper section with a closure (5), in which the lower section (21) disposed opposite to said upper section is closed by an added lower part (21) separately that is attached to said body (22) by means of a gasket (13), and said body (22) is provided with a set of reinforcements (30), said container body having a profile with a longitudinal axis ( l) that prim is formed but with the subsequent cutting thereof to form a tubular element to the required longitudinal dimension and in which pressure means are arranged to pressurize the container (1) with the filling product, that is, at the pressure p1 in particular which is going from atmospheric pressure to about 100 bar, and more, by gasification, in particular in which the container (1) is formed by means of the body of the container formed by the extrusion process, more particularly in which the head of the container or the upper section of the body is closed with a lid (5), even more particularly in which this lid is a dosing valve (17), a screw cap or other closing device, characterized in that in a first stage (A) , a preform is extruded as a semi-finished product by injection molding, in which plastic granules are dried, melted in an extruder and subsequently propelled into an injection mold; at a later stage (B), said semi-finished product is blown in a blow mold into a bottle shape, in particular tubular, as an additional intermediate product; and in a further additional step (C) the lower part of said additional intermediate product is cut to a certain length, whereby an injection molding base added separately into said additional intermediate product (3) is then incorporated.
