abstract |
In vitro method to evaluate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in a human subject, comprising: a) determining the concentration of FEN1 protein in a sample of serum, plasma or whole blood, and b) comparing the concentration of FEN1 protein determined in step (a) with a reference concentration of FEN1 protein, wherein a concentration of FEN1 protein greater than a reference concentration is indicative of COPD. |
