abstract |
Process for the continuous production of an aqueous solution of salts by reaction of 6 to 12 carbon atoms alkanedicarboxylic acids and 6 to 12 carbon atoms alkodiamines with the following steps: a) A defined quantity of alkanedicarboxylic acid is dosed as a solid through at least a first feeding site in a first stirring reactor and a substoichiometric amount of the undiluted alkanodiamine is metered in at least one second feeding site, as well as water at least one third feeding site of the first stirring reactor, for the production of an aqueous saline solution in the stirring reactor, b) the formed saline solution is transferred continuously in a second stirring reactor connected downstream and c) a subsequent dosing with the alkanodiamine takes place in the second stirring reactor, adjusting the stoichiometric ratios in the first and second reactors stirring by measuring the pH value at constant temperature. |
