An amine compound represented by the following formula (I) ** Formula ** wherein R is a hydrogen atom or P (> = O) (OH) 2, X is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, Y is - CH2CH2- or -CH> = CH-, Z is alkylene having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, alkenylene having 2 to 5 carbon atoms or alkynylene having 2 to 5 carbon atoms, R1 is trifluoromethyl, R2 is alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, which is optionally substituted with a hydroxyl group or halogen atom, R3 and R4 are optionally the same or different and each is a hydrogen or alkyl atom having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and A is optionally substituted aryl having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, optionally substituted heteroaryl having 5 to 10 ring constituent atoms, containing, as constituent ring atoms, 1 or 2 atoms of nitrogen atom, oxygen atom and atom sulfur, optionally substituted cycloalkyl having 3 to 7 atoms of carbon, which is optionally condensed with optionally substituted benzene or heterocycloalkyl having 5 to 7 ring constituent atoms, containing, as optionally substituted ring constituent atoms, 1 or 2 atoms of nitrogen atom and oxygen atom or one of its salts by the addition of pharmaceutically acceptable acids or one of its hydrates or one of its solvates. |
