Biologically compatible composite material comprising - a structural part (1), - a porous part (3, 6, 14), wherein said structural part (1) and said porous part (3, 6, 14) comprise both fibers and a matrix and further comprising - at least two interconnecting parts (4, 10, 12) arranged at a distance from each other and extending from the structural part (1) to the porous part (3, 6, 14) , thus connecting them to each other, - each interconnecting part (4, 10, 12) is made of a polymer, a charged polymer or a composite material comprising a polymeric matrix material, fillers and reinforcing material, and - at least one of the interconnection parts (4, 10, 12) is attached to the structural part (1) and the porous parts (3, 6, 14), and - each interconnection part (4, 10, 12) is in the form of a band having a length, a width and a height, the width and the height being both independently at most 20% of the length of the band da, characterized in that the fibers of the structural part (1) are in the form of a woven textile material or a roving of unidirectional fibers. |
