abstract |
A method for producing a flexible elastomer polyurethane coating layer comprising the steps of: - providing a polyurethane reaction mixture that is comprised of components comprising at least one isocyanate component, isocyanate reactive components, and a catalyst component , the isocyanate component of at least one isocyanate having at least two NCO groups not being directly linked to an aromatic group, and the catalyst component being substantially free of lead; - spraying a layer of said first polyurethane reaction mixture on a surface of a mold; - allowing the polyurethane reaction mixture to cure to produce the polyurethane coating layer; and - separating the polyurethane coating layer produced from the mold surface, characterized in that the isocyanate reactive components of said polyurethane reaction mixture comprise at least one flexibilizer, which reduces the flexural modulus of the coating and which comprises less an isocyanate reactive group. |
