A respiratory mask unit (2110), comprising: an interface structure (80, 2120) adapted to provide an interface with the patient's face; a stabilization and air supply system (30) adapted to supply breathing gas to the interface structure (80, 2120) and support the mask unit (2110) in position on the patient's head, including the system (30) of stabilizing and supplying air two tubes (42, 2142) and at least two head element strips that form a head element; and an adjustment mechanism (2155) structured to allow adjustment in the direction of the length of a section of the head element, characterized in that each tube (42, 2142) is adapted to pass along a respective side of the face of a patient between the patient's eye and the patient's ear and the adjustment mechanism (2155) is configured to position over the crown of the patient's head. |
