abstract | A liquid laundry or dishwashing detergent composition comprising at least one enzyme composition comprising enzyme-containing particles, wherein the particles comprise i) at least one enzyme, and ii) at least one polymer P, in which the polymer P is selected from homo- and copolymers having a CC-main chain, in which the CC-main chain carries carboxyl groups, which may be present in acid form or in neutralized form, and in which the CC-backbone includes at least 20% by weight, based on the total weight of polymer P, of hydrophobic repeat units from monomers B, where monomers B have a solubility in water of at most 30 g/l 25 °C and wherein the volume median particle diameter of the enzyme-containing particles is from 50 nm to 100 μm, wherein the polymer P is selected from copolymers having a CC-backbone comprising a) A units polymerized from at least one polymerized monoethylenically unsaturated C3-C8 mono- or dicarboxylic acid selected from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, maleic acid, itaconic acid and crotonic acid and their mixtures and b) polymerized B units selected from C2-C50 olefins, vinylaromatic compounds, C2-C50 alkyl esters of C3-C8 mono-carboxylic acids, C1-C50 bisalkyl esters of C4-C8 dicarboxylic acids, N-C2-C50-alkylamides of C3-C8 monocarboxylic acids, N-C1-C50-N-alkyl C1-C50 alkylamides of C3-C8 monocarboxylic acids, vinyl esters of C2-C50 alkanoic acids, C1-C40 alkyl vinyl ethers, C1-C40 N-alkylimides of maleic acid and mixtures thereof wherein the relative molar amount of polymerized A units relative to polymerized B units is from 1:20 to 10:1. |
