Composition composed of an active ingredient which is 4-methoxy-N- (3,5-bis- (1-pyrrolidinyl) -4-hydroxybenzyl) -benzenesulfonamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for use in the treatment of arrhythmia which comprises administering to a subject said composition composed of an active ingredient which is 4-methoxy-N- (3,5-bis- (1-pyrrolidinyl) -4-hydroxybenzyl) -benzenesulfonamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, comprising the administration intravenously administering said composition substantially uniformly to said subject, in which no more than about 0.5 mg / kg of said active substance is administered to said subject per minute, in which said subject suffers or is at risk of having a cardiac arrhythmia. |
